Placing Your Order
- Heaven's Delight gladly accepts all major credit and debit cards. Please contact us for other payment requests.
- Please place your order a minimum of 48 hours prior to your required delivery date.
- IMPORTANT! To ensure accurate delivery, please reply to your confirmation email and provide the following information:
- Orders without valid phone numbers will not be processed.
- Do not forget to tell us when you need your cheesecake(s) delivered. Please include date, and 2 hour delivery window.
- Do not forget to tell us where you need your cheesecake(s) delivered. Or your order will be delivered to your billing address!
- Please inform us if you have any special requests or requirements concerning your order.
Delivering Your Order
- Our service area is within 25 miles of Anderson, Indiana.
- We offer flat rate $5.00 delivery within our service area. (please contact us for requests outside our service area).
- We will call you the day before your scheduled delivery, to confirm your delivery time and location.
- If we are unable to make contact at this time your order will be delivered as indicated at time of ordering. In this case the order will be subject to all the normal delivery processes as indicated below.
- We will call you within 15 minutes of actual delivery.
- If we do not deliver within your delivery window, your order is free! (conditions apply, see below)
- We will document our delivery attempt, if we are unable to deliver due to the inability to make contact with the recipient, the above offer of free order is void.
